Coaching isn’t about how much you know. Or how many letters are after your name. It’s how well you can communicate. Connect. Care. Build trust. Learn. Observe. Guide and teach. I would like to help people navigate their priorities, values, and messy real lives. To me, it's all about It’s how well you can coach others to help rebuild bodies and spirits. To heal and empower. It's about coaching elite athletes to top performance... or just help “real people” be a little bit better.
Healthy eating is more than just the food. It’s about your relationships and how you live, too.
I'm here to help you feel confident and in charge of your body, your choices, and your life.
How I coach
You will find that I am a self-aware and self-questioning coach.
You will notice that I look at coaching as an active practice that requires constant care, growth, and development for ongoing improvement.
You will immediately feel that I develop strong working relationships with clients.
You are my priority, it's not about me being right. I use a client-centered approach, emphasizing empathy and the “coaching alliance."
You will be guided through all stages of the healthy lifestyle coaching and consultation process.
You will see that I study and research in order to provide a broad-based and robust system of theory and practice for your healthy lifestyle management, regardless of whom I'm working with or when.
I truly understand what’s truly important.
You’ll be guided through the maze of information available today because I identify, understand, and prioritize key coaching and healthy lifestyle concepts, principles, and ideas, as well as distill practical applications from broader, more abstract theories.
I will always try use the right tools and techniques for the job at hand.
You will be able to experience more because I have learned and practiced a wide range of skills and coaching methods, and know when to choose the correct ones for you.
